Ticimax gives businesses selling in Türkiye a fast start, with payment, shipping and marketplace infrastructure built in. But opening the panel does not make a store ready to sell. As a Ticimax partner, this is the order we follow:
1. Plan and goals
First we settle how many products will be sold, on which channels (your own site, marketplaces, social media) and whether you will ship abroad. The plan is chosen from those answers.
2. Domain, SSL and business email
The store goes live on your own domain. An SSL certificate is a must for payment security and for search engines. Business addresses such as orders@ or support@ should be set up from day one.
3. Design: a brand, not a theme
A ready theme is a good skeleton; what makes the difference is your colours, photos and product page layout. Mobile comes first, because most visitors arrive on a phone.
4. Products: variants, images and descriptions
Variants such as size and colour, stock codes and barcodes cause trouble in marketplace integrations if they are not set up right at the start. Original descriptions and good photos help both sales and search visibility.
5. Payments
A virtual POS or payment provider is connected, instalment options are set, and alternatives such as bank transfer or cash on delivery are decided. Test orders are placed with real cards for small amounts.
6. Shipping
With a carrier integration, shipping codes are created automatically and tracking information reaches the customer on its own. Free-shipping thresholds are set here.
7. Marketplace integration
If you also sell on marketplaces such as Trendyol or Hepsiburada, stock and prices must be managed from one panel; otherwise the same item can sell twice and run out.
8. Legal pages and launch
The distance sales agreement, pre-information form, return policy, privacy notice and cookie policy must be ready before launch, and e-commerce businesses in Türkiye must register with ETBİS. Finally Google Search Console and analytics are connected and the store goes live.
After launch
Opening the store is only the start. Campaigns, email flows and regular content turn visitors into customers. See our e-commerce service or write to us to plan your store.
